Local 639 re-sign rules are changing effective August 1, 2012. In compliance with the IO standards, our re-sign will begin on the 10th of each month and end at 5:00 p.m. on the 16th of each month. All re-signs must be received within this window. Early and late re-signs will be discarded.
Re-sign may be done by mailing in our re-sign form, faxing it to 805-544-3762, or in person at the Local 639 Hall. We are working on an electronic method for re-sign, so please check back on this site and look for the RE-SIGN page
